Schools have a lot to consider following recent government legislation stipulating that all must become academies. When it comes to marketing and re-branding as an academy, Smarter Reach are experts. Our highly experienced team can make sure that you are fully prepared and that the transition to academy is a smooth one.

Take a look at the work we are doing for Reach4 Academy Trust to get an idea of what we offer:

Reach4 is a brand new multi academy trust and sister trust to REAch2. We started by designing a logo, based on the Lemn Sissay quote, “Reach for the top of the tree and you may get to the first branch but reach for the stars and you’ll get to the top of the tree.”

The logo communicates the values collaboration, development and aspiration. The three figures are coming together in the shape of a tree, which represents growth, whilst the tallest figure reaches upwards, towards a star, which is above and beyond the highest branch of the tree.

From this, we designed a set of Values Partners, which went on to form a central pillar of the website that we built and the brochure we produced.

For each school that joins the trust, we are producing a logo that incorporates a flavour of their existing branding alongside the Reach4 branding. We are also producing letterheads and new websites, which the school can choose to be of a specific templated design or more bespoke, depending on their budget and requirements.

A trust-wide teacher vacancies page has been built into the Reach4 website. In a time where most schools and academies are having trouble recruiting teachers, this offers RRS feeds and easy sharing of individual vacancies to social media channels giving an ‘edge’ over and above traditional advertising tools. It contains useful features such as the ability to search by category (leadership; Key Stage 1; etc.), a dynamic interactive map and direct links to the individual academy websites.

We’d be delighted to hear from you to discuss your requirements at whatever stage of the conversion process you’re at.
